The Fine Arts portion of the renovation consisted of an 8,800 SF facility including a black box theater, choir, and dance space, as well as 1,000 SF pressbox. The facility was in need of extensive upgrades to the fire sprinkler system to bring it up to current code. The new Fine Arts Facility included a 12,500 SF band hall and mariachi band hall.

The new Agricultural Educational Building is a 13,000 Sf Pre-Engineered Metal Building that includes a mechanic shop, carport, horticulture lab, multipurpose lab, animal operating veterinary lab, animal shelters, swine and cattle pens, wash areas, walk areas, and arena. Additionally, a 3,000 SF greenhouse was constructed.

This project was an especially fun challenge to undertake as it ncluded renovations and site utility work for two buildings and new construction of six facilities. Scheduling and coordination among all trades was paramount to the safe and successful delivery of the project as our team simultaneously managed each facility to substantial completion.
