Roy’s interest in construction took root early, working alongside his father at the family’s electrical company. That hands-on experience taught him the value of hard work and gave him a deep appreciation for building from the ground up. Today, he finds fulfillment in guiding projects to completion and takes pride in every milestone along the way. When challenges arise, Roy stays focused on the end goal, breaking complex issues into manageable steps and collaborating with trusted subcontractors to find smart, efficient solutions. For him, every project is a chance to learn, grow, and do the work with purpose.
