Meet the people who build our story–
Baby Blue Rodriguez
Assistant Superintendent

BabyBlue discovered her passion for construction after four years of carpentry in high school and a two-year tiny home build. She loves the sense of purpose and accomplishment when a project is completed. At Marksmen GC, the best part is collaborating with a diverse team, where everyone is eager to teach, mentor, and contribute. BabyBlue’s advice to newcomers is to remain hungry, ambitious, and hardworking—success doesn’t come easily. Staying motivated during challenging projects means remembering the “why” and fueling that with a refusal to settle for average and plenty of coffee.
