The work for this project consisted of HVAC upgrades and commissioning. Demolition included unit ventilators and existing ceiling grid, acoustic ceiling panels, furred out conditions around unit ventilators, including gypsum board, associated framed-out area, rubber-coved base and affected VCT flooring of the school. Installation consisted of new chilled water fan coils, exhaust fans, roof hoods and intake air louvers, ceiling grid, acoustic ceiling panels, new replacement framing, gypsum board, rubber-coved base and new VCT flooring. Hydronic piping was extended to the 400/500 building through the existing Administration Building.
