Summary

The renovation portion of the project included demolition of the existing Cry Room and single restrooms and renovation into the new construction of Men’s & Women’s restrooms with new Janitorial Storage Room, Altar Servers Room, and Storage Closets all leading from a new Restroom Alcove. Additionally, a new fire alarm system was installed throughout the existing church building. Site Electrical Utility distribution was re-routed underground, and drainage modifications, concrete flatwork additions, and landscaping &irrigation were completed.
