This project was a site development package with a wood framed shell building structure that is finished with plaster, metal canopies and masonry veneer. Marksmen GC was the leader of this full site development where we scheduled the sequencing with two other separate national chain contractors during this project for both the Raising Cane’s restaurant and the Aspen Dental. The site was brought up substantially from its original grades with a retaining wall structure and new site utility infrastructure for the two new buildings. Working with the critical completion timelines for both tenants was critical due to hard deadlines of which we seamlessly navigated. We also coordinated tie-ins of the site retaining wall and pavement with the adjacent funeral home’s critical parking lot while maintaining smooth continuity of use for each of their services.
