Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys smoking Texas BBQ and says nothing beats hearing his family enjoy a brisket he’s tended for 13 hours. He prefers his own kitchen over any restaurant when the smoke hits just right. He also spends his downtime on the road or hiking in National Parks. If life had taken a different path, he would have been working on a ranch out west—learning the ropes of cowboy life and enjoying the pace and grit of that kind of work.
