Summary

The demolition in this project included asbestos abatement, demolition and removal of the existing parish hall building that was approximately 5,000 SF, removal of concrete porches, sidewalks, flatwork, cooler building, mechanical equipment, and slab.

The new building structure is a pre-engineered metal building wrapped with masonry veneer wainscoting that is 9,600 SF plus exterior canopies, accessible sidewalks and ramps, new parking, dumpster pad foundation, loading dock, and a full-service kitchen with equipment and cooler/freezers. Inside, the main banquet wall we installed operable wall partitions STC rated for sound. Marksmen General Contractors provided a Value Engineering effort that resulted in $200,000 in savings to the budget.
