Project Manager

Job Description

• Reports to Sr. Project Manager, Project Executive, Director of Operations or VP of Operations
• Manage projects from buyout through final completion
• Support the project Superintendent
• Create, track, and utilize schedules in coordination with the Superintendent and Subcontractors
• Manage Owner, Client, and A/E team relationships and communication
• Review and approve payment requests for subcontractors and owners
• Prepare and submit project close-out submittals and warranties
• Attend project and subcontractor meetings
• Track and process all change orders
• Work alongside Estimating during project handoff
• Lead the project team and offer mentorship to Assistant Project Managers

• An ability to manage projects in a variety of markets and delivery methods
• An ability to embrace and execute innovative construction systems
• Proficiency in ProCore, Spreadsheets, and On-Screen Take-Off
• Functional in a paperless, cloud based environment
• Detail oriented
• Effective time management

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science or other related degree path
• Experience supervising commercial projects
• Exposure to the estimating process preferred
• OSHA 30 certification preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for a prolonged period of time
• Ability to lift overhead a minimum of 20lbs
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and kneel

Work Environment

• Exposure to a variety of outdoor conditions and typical jobsite environment

• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation
